ATLAS CV — PRIVACY POLICY

This is the privacy notice for Atlas CV. The app does not require an account, and most resume creation and customization features run locally on your device.
1. What is stored locally?
The draft, saved CVs, photos, signature, customizations, favorites, application log and app settings are stored in the app’s private storage. The developer cannot view this content from inside the app.
2. Photos and exported files
A profile photo is copied into the app’s private space for use in the CV, and each saved CV keeps its own independent copy. PDF, Word, image and HTML files are created locally. They are not sent to another app or service unless you explicitly choose Share or Upload.
3. Career tools
Job Match, ATS Check, writing suggestions, Interview Prep, Cover Letter, Applications and Web CV operate on the device according to the current build. Job-ad text pasted into these tools is not sent to an external server by Atlas CV. The app does not send your CV content to an external AI service.
4. Ads and third parties
The app uses Google AdMob. Google and its partners may process an advertising ID, device and operating-system information, and technical or connectivity data needed to serve and measure ads, under Google’s Privacy Policy. Consent or privacy choices may appear depending on your region. Atlas CV does not send your CV text or photos to AdMob.
5. Network and external links
Internet access is used for ads, app/support pages, app-store services when available, and links you choose to open. When you tap WhatsApp, email or Share, the selected external app handles the next step under its own privacy policy.
6. Permissions
Depending on Android version and export method, the app may request access to selected photos/media or permission to save/share files. It does not use a permission for data unrelated to the feature you selected.
7. Backup and import
Export Data copies a JSON backup to the clipboard only when you ask. You are responsible for where you paste it and how you protect it. If you enable Android device backup, the operating system and Google may include app data under their backup controls; the developer does not manage or access that backup.
8. Deletion and retention
Settings → Reset Data removes the draft, saved CVs, customizations, local images and app-managed cache files. Uninstalling the app normally removes its private storage. Any file you exported or copied outside the app remains wherever you chose to place it.
9. Children
The app is a resume tool for job seekers and professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

ATLAS CV — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using Atlas CV, you acknowledge and accept these terms. This in-app wording is an operational draft, not a substitute for local legal review.
1. The service
Atlas CV is a local tool for creating, formatting, customizing and exporting resumes, with supporting tools such as Job Match, ATS Check, Applications, Cover Letter and Web CV.
2. Your account and content
The app does not require an account. You own the data you enter and the files you create, and you are responsible for their accuracy and for having rights to use any photo, logo or text you add.
3. Templates and customization
The 300 templates, shape/frame libraries and app design are owned by or licensed to the developer. The app grants use of templates inside the resume you create; it does not grant a right to resell, extract or redistribute a template or library as a separate product.
4. Export and sharing
You choose the export format, storage location and recipient. Review the name, photo, email, phone and QR code before sending. External apps and recruitment platforms handle shared files under their own terms.
5. Ads and credits
The free version displays Google AdMob ads. Some credits may remove a watermark or unlock a template-related action as described in the app. Ad delivery and credits depend on connectivity and third-party policies; watching an ad is not a promise of employment or any professional outcome.
6. Career guidance tools
Job Match, ATS scores, quality checks, interview questions and cover-letter drafts are aids and suggestions, not an employer or ATS decision and not legal or professional advice. Never add a skill or experience you do not have, and verify every suggestion before using it.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for impersonation, unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, template extraction, disruption of the app or circumvention of third-party services.
8. Backups and data loss
Data can be lost through a device, operating-system issue, deletion or an export error. Use Export Data and keep a safe backup. The app cannot guarantee recovery of information that was never exported or stored elsewhere.
9. Changes and availability
Features, templates, ads and terms may change. A feature that depends on Google, the app store or an external sharing app may be unavailable because of a third-party policy or outage outside the developer’s control.
